Application for Data Science minor with Major in Stat (April, May 2024).  Please also do the following

  1.  On line for Specialization, put Statistics and add area for thematic concentration.
  2.  In the list of upper level course, put asterisk (*) beside one or two courses that count for Major in Stat and Minor in Data Science (Stat 301 is one of these courses for sure).
  3. Change the file name from
    Surname-Forename-DataScienceMinor.pdf (with your name in the file name).
  4. email to ugradadv [at] stat.ubc.ca
  5. The signed form will be returned later in April or May if sent by email.
  6.  I can sign a paper version or iPad version if you visit during the drop-in advising office hour.
